Our team

Nancy Rignall

Managing Director

I’ve worked in the Automotive Industry since I finished full time education, either for a manufacturer, dealer or supplier.   I’m one of the lucky people in life, I love my industry and the people I have had the fortune to work with over the years.  The one thing that has never changed in all that time is the cyclical/seasonal ups and downs.  The industry is also incredibly resilient, bouncing back time and again from hard knocks, and managing constant change.  There have been increasing demands from the manufacturer in terms of standards, with regular changes in focus and then of course, there is regulation.  The job has changed totally over the last 30 years and selling a car now is almost unrecognisable from the days when I was doing F&I reviews for Ford Credit, my first Automotive role.

One thing that has always been the same is that the industry tends to run lean, specifically at dealership level.  Very few companies have the luxury of being able to employ more staff than they absolutely need to in order to cover the day to day essentials, those things that are vital for your business to run smoothly and your customers to be cared for.

Prospecting Dynamics was created in 2013 with a vision to take the pressure off any element of customer contact and to support great customer experience with your business at any time, allowing your employees on site more time to focus on the other elements of their role for you.  We are experts in supporting you through any turbulence and business challenges that you may face to keep your customer experience on point.

With Prospecting Dynamics you can always count on a quality personal service from a business partner that genuinely cares about strengthening your relationship with your customers.
